Vintage Remington Portable Typewriter Model 5. A working typewriter that is stunningly beautiful to look at and to type with. Comes with original case. This Remington Portable typewriter is in an excellent vintage condition. It is fully working. There are some small signs of wear (visible in photos). We have added a new ribbon and a given this antique typewriter a gentle clean and service.

This beautiful vintage typewriter has round black keys with white letters and silver-tone metal collars. The front of the paper holder is marked “Remington Portable Model 5”

*** The play ‘Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’ and ‘Streetcar Named Desire’ was written by Tennessee Williams on a Model 5 typewriter.
